Paleo Banana Pancakes. The closest I've tried yet to a real pancake. Lex loved them! Still a little dense, but I'm okay with that. Cook them low and slow or they'll burn before the inside is dry. I did them on my griddle at 275 degrees. Easy mixing and cleanup in the blender. Make a double batch! ~aftr
